You are a community therapist and you are carrying too much in your head.

You have downloaded the apps.

You set up the system that was going to fix everything.

You are technically trying to get on top of it.

But you still stare at the report.

You still drive home rehearsing tomorrow's to-do list.

You still lie awake at 11 pm remembering the case note.

You are brilliant in the room with your clients.

But the second you get back to your desk, the overwhelm spiral starts again.

You are spending more time avoiding the admin than doing it.

More time holding tasks in your head than actioning them.

More time feeling behind than catching up.

And the biggest cost?

Arriving at your most complex client, the one who really needs your best clinical thinking, and not having enough brain left to give it to them.

So you push through. Stay late. Tell yourself you will get on top of it when things quieten down.

They do not.

And the life you actually want outside of work keeps getting whatever is left over. Which lately has not been much.

You are starting to wonder how much longer you can keep going like this.

Imagine a work week where you actually feel ahead.

You open your laptop and you know exactly what needs your attention and what can wait.

You move through your appointments without carrying yesterday's to-do list into every session.

You sit down to write the report and actually write it - because your brain has room to think.

You get in the car at the end of the day and your hands are loose on the steering wheel.

No mental spiral on the drive home.

No checking Splose after dinner.

No lying awake at 11 pm remembering the case note you forgot to write for the client you saw at nine am.

Instead of reacting to everything that lands in front of you, you are finally working like the regulated, capable clinician you actually are.

This is what happens when you reset your cognitive capacity.

The caseload is real.

The pressure is real.

And you are carrying all of it in your head with nowhere to put it.

This reset is what changes that.

What if you could clear the mental load that has been following you home…
in less time than it takes to write one case note?

Here is what nobody in this profession is saying out loud.

You cannot fix this in the cracks. You cannot sort out your cognitive load in the five minutes between clients or the gap when someone cancels.

You have been trying to solve a cognitive load problem with time management tools. That is why nothing has worked.

When you understand exactly where your capacity is going, everything shifts. Not because you suddenly have more time. Because you stop spending your best brain on the wrong things.

This reset gives you the structure to do that. In five days. In under an hour a day.

THE COGNITIVE CAPACITY RESET |

Introducing: The Cognitive Capacity 5-Day Reset

Your cognitive load cleared in five days and one hour: so you can finally feel in control of your work week before it starts.

Five short podcast episodes. Five practical workbooks. One week to understand what is happening in your brain and start doing something about it.

This is not a productivity challenge. It is a clinically grounded, practical reset designed specifically for occupational therapists who are carrying too much and cannot figure out where to start.

Each episode is five to eight minutes.

Each workbook takes fifteen.

Each workbook as AI prompts to help step you through.

You can do this on your worst week.

That is by design.

Hi, I'm Imogen!

a little about me

I am Imogen, an occupational therapist, business owner and someone who deeply believes that functional cognition is the foundation of everything we do.

I was you four years ago.

I was the OT who cared deeply, worked hard, and drove home every single day bent over the steering wheel running through the list in my head. I was telling my colleagues to protect their time while staying late myself. I wanted to be great at my job. I just did not know how much longer I could keep going.

What I know now, and what nobody was telling me then, is that I was not struggling because I was not good enough. I was struggling because nobody trained us for the cognitive demands of this role. They trained us to be exceptional clinicians. They did not teach us what to do with the mental load that comes with it.

I built this reset because I needed it to exist. And because I have now sat across from enough OTs in coaching to know that what I was carrying then, you are carrying right now.

You deserve a career you can actually stay in. This is where that starts.

wHAT YOU GET

  • Get everything out of your head because your brain was never meant to hold your caseload, your admin, your referrals, and what you need to pick up for dinner all at once. You will finish Day 1 feeling lighter than when you started.

  • Finally stop guessing at what is draining you and start fixing the right thing first. Your top three cognitive load sources identified, so you stop trying to fix everything and put your energy in the one place it will actually make a difference.

  • See exactly where your best thinking is going every day and take it back. Your biggest time and energy drains identified. One concrete structural change, so next Monday actually feels different from this one.

  • The exact reason your brain feels full even on a light day, and the three moves that start clearing it. A three-move action plan you can start tomorrow, small enough to actually do, specific enough to actually work.

  • One work commitment and one personal commitment, not ten intentions. One change that actually sticks. Plus a plan for when it gets hard, because it will, and this time you will be ready for it.

Over $200 worth of value for just $24 at launch.

As of the 27th of April, prices increase to $48.00

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You are a community OT, therapist or sole trader who is flat out and cannot figure out where to start

You have tried apps, systems, and routines that died by Thursday

You know something needs to change but you do not have the brain space to figure out what

You want to feel in control of your work week without working more hours to get there

You are ready to stop carrying your caseload home in your head every single night

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You are looking for a quick fix that requires no follow through

You are not willing to dedicate twenty minutes a day for five days

You want someone to tell you to work harder

And I just want to say…

The therapists who do not get overwhelmed are the ones who do not care.

The ones who lie awake at eleven pm, who drive home rehearsing tomorrow's list, who say yes to every referral because they genuinely cannot stand the thought of letting a client down, those are the therapists doing the most important work in this profession.

Your overwhelm is not a weakness. It is evidence of how much you care.

But caring deeply and drowning quietly were never supposed to be the same thing.
