You are smart. You are skilled. You care deeply.

But your brain is carrying too much.

You finish sessions late and still have a full list of case notes waiting.

You find yourself doing admin on the weekend because there was no space during the week.

You wake up in the middle of the night remembering a task that slipped two weeks ago.

Your phone has become the escape you turn to whenever your mind feels stuck.

Your thoughts feel scattered. Your ideas are everywhere. You are trying to lead, provide therapy, grow a business and hold a family, all while your cognitive load is overflowing.

You want to be present with your kids or your partner, but your brain is still running through emails, letters and follow up.

You want to be a thoughtful leader, but your internal systems feel held together with tabs and mental energy.

You know you could excel.

You just need your brain back.

It does not have to feel like this.

Imagine designing your week in a way that works with your brain, not against the constant rush.

Imagine knowing exactly where your cognitive load is going and how to reduce it.

Imagine clearer thinking, fewer mental tabs and a mind that feels less frantic and more focused.

Imagine showing up to sessions grounded, present and prepared.

Imagine moving through your admin with steadiness instead of dread.

Imagine finally having the cognitive space to work on your business development, your impact, your confidence, your ideas.

This mentorship is not about doing more.

It is about thinking better.

It is about freeing the cognitive capacity you already have.

  • A supportive, focused space where you are seen, understood and coached with peers.

  • 45 - 60 minutes of structured learning, and the rest of the time? Implementing, questioning, discussing, tailoring to you.

    Monday’s 8.30am to 10am AEDT.

Module One - The Cognitive Load

This module focuses on understanding cognitive load and how it shows up in your work and daily life. We break down where your load is going and identify the key factors contributing to overwhelm. You leave knowing exactly why you feel scattered or mentally full and what needs to change first.

Module Two - Processes and Systems

This module focuses on using systems to reduce cognitive load, not increase productivity pressure. We learn about the why and how to implement a good workflow and identify what should live in your head versus in a process or tool. You leave with clarity on what systems you need and how to change your workflow to support your brain.

    Module Three
    - Communication and Collaboration

This module focuses on how communication impacts cognitive load and professional confidence. We refine how you communicate with participants, support coordinators, and other professionals, including reports and resources. You leave with clearer communication that lands, reduces back and forth, and supports better outcomes.

    Reflection - Integration and Sustainability

This session focuses on implementation, discipline, and keeping changes going. We troubleshoot what is working, hot seat coaching, and refine systems in real time. You leave with confidence that what you have built is sustainable and embedded, without Imogen in your corner.

  • Implement the work, and tackle questions in real time. Imogen will be online for you business hours Monday til Thursday.

  • Designed to be one month investment of your time, for a lifetime of changes you can implement for you, your clients and your team.

Hi, I'm Imogen!

a little about me

I am Imogen, an occupational therapist, business owner and someone who deeply believes that functional cognition is the foundation of everything we do.

I have lived the experience of holding too many mental tabs, pushing past my capacity and carrying the cognitive load of both clinical practice and an expanding business.

I created this mentorship because therapists are taught how to help clients think better, but no one teaches therapists how to support their own thinking.

My mission is simple.

To build practices that feel intentional, calm and sustainable.

To support therapists in becoming the best version of themselves clinically, professionally and personally. And it is built on my deep understanding of functional cognition applied to the everyday realities of therapy and business.

You can trust that what we cover together is shaped by real world experience in community neuro practice and informed by current evidence, always viewed through a functional lens. My goal is simple. To help you feel more confident and more equipped to manage your own cognitive load, to enable the overflow in to your world, your impact on clients and your team.
